Is it really free?
The swatches are free. You cover the courier, and the courier cost is credited back to you on your first order.
Do I have to place an order afterwards?
No. There is no obligation. If the pack is not right for you, tell us what was missing and we will re-pick it once.
Can I name the exact SKUs I saw on the site?
Yes — put up to 8 SKUs in the field below and we cut those exact qualities, subject to stock. Sold-out lots are replaced with the closest running quality and clearly marked.
What is the minimum for yardage?
5 yards per colour per quality. Price tiers: 5–49 yards, 50 yards and 200 yards. Full tier pricing is printed on every swatch label.
How fast can you ship bulk?
Stocked qualities leave in 3–5 working days. Custom development is 25–35 days after sample approval.
Can you match a colour I already have?
Send a photo or a Pantone reference with your request. Lab dips take 5–7 days for custom lots.
