Send a photograph, a sketch, or a competitor's cloth. Our Shantou workshop develops the embroidery layout, the bead mix and the base fabric, then strikes off a sample in 10–14 days.

CAD punching from your artwork; motif scale, repeat and placement mapped to your pattern pieces.
Hand-beading mix
Glass seed beads, bugle, crystal, pearl, cutdana and sequin — mixed by hand in Shantou, not by machine only.
3D flowers & appliqué
Layered organza petals, hand-cut motifs, corded and padded work for statement bodices.
Base cloth sourcing
Mesh, tulle, organza, satin, velvet, chiffon and stretch nets — dyed to your Pantone or matched to a swatch.
Feather & fringe
Turkey feather, ostrich, marabou, beaded fringe and tassel trims cut to your drop length.
Finishing
Scalloped edges, corded borders, matching trims and pre-cut appliqué panels for production.
From brief to bulk
Brief
Artwork, photo, reference swatch or a competitor sample. Tell us the end use, target price and yardage.
Design & CAD
We return a motif layout and bead specification for approval. Usually 2–3 working days.
Strike-off
A 1–2 yard hand sample on the real base cloth. 10–14 days. Sample fee is credited to your bulk order.
Lab dips & approval
Colour matched to Pantone or your swatch. 5–7 days. We ship the approved sample as your production standard.
Bulk
25–35 days after approval, with in-line QC on bead density, colour and width.

We work for brands, and brands need to know their work will not appear on someone else's rail. Our terms are simple and written into every development order.
- Custom-development designs are never published on this website or on our B2B listings
- We do not sell your development to other customers — not in the same season, not later
- Artwork, CAD files and bead specifications remain your property
- Sampling tools and screens are held for 24 months for your repeat orders, then retired
- An NDA is available on request before you send artwork
Before you send a brief
What should I send to get started?
A photo or sketch, the end use, your target yardage and your target price. A reference swatch helps most of all — even 5 cm of it.
How much is sampling?
Strike-off fees vary with bead complexity and are quoted before we start. The fee is credited in full against your bulk order.
Can you hit a retail price point?
Yes. Tell us your target and we design to it — usually by adjusting bead density, bead grade or base cloth. It is easier to design to a price than to cut one later.
What is the smallest custom run?
200 yards per colour. For a first season we often develop at 200 and repeat at 500 once the style sells.
Can you work from a competitor sample?
Yes, and it is the most common brief we receive. We will tell you honestly where we can match it and where we cannot.
