What we collect

When you use the enquiry form we receive the name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, country, company name and message you send us, plus the style numbers you selected. Nothing else is collected by this site, and no advertising cookies are set.

Why we keep it

We keep enquiry records to prepare quotations, follow up on active negotiations and comply with export and tax record keeping. If you become a customer, records are kept for the statutory period required by law. Otherwise they are deleted on request.

Your rights

Write to [email protected] to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. We respond within thirty days and never sell your data to third parties.

Quotations and pricing

Prices shown on this site are indicative and exclude shipping, duties and taxes. A formal quotation is valid for thirty days and is confirmed only after fabric, colour and quantity are agreed in writing.

Samples and deposits

Sample fees are quoted before any work begins and credited against bulk orders. Bulk production starts after a thirty percent deposit and written approval of the confirmed sample.

Lead times and shipping

Lead times count from sample approval and deposit clearance, excluding public holidays. Risk passes on the agreed Incoterm. Force majeure delays are communicated as soon as they become known to us.

Intellectual property

Designs developed for you are produced for you alone and are not offered to other customers. Generic styles in our collection remain our designs until an exclusivity agreement is signed.
