Layered natural feathers on a sew-on tulle band, by the yard.
Style YMW-801: layered feather fringe stitched onto a tulle band so it can be sewn straight into a hem, sleeve or neckline. Feathers are graded and trimmed before assembly, and the band is flexible enough to follow curved seams. Colours can be dyed to match your fabric swatch. Dye to your swatch from 100 yards.
